Taleena Peck

3-4pm

Founded in Brisbane, Taleena Peck is an indie rock act. With a vintage pop-meets-rock sound and their no holds barred lyricism, this act has spent the last few years frequenting Australia’s east coast live music and festival scene. With their latest releases, Save My Soul, Warned, and Bright Idea, they are steadily establishing themselves as a staple in the Brisbane music scene.

Taleena Peck is an act to watch!

Palinola

4-5pm

Palinola is a teen alternative rock back from Toowoomba. They mix the intensity and heaviness of rock with the delicacy and nuance of alternative music. Taking heavy influence from 90s giants like Silverchair, Nirvana and Deftones, Palinola have been able to find their own unique original sound in the ‘musically dense‘ Brisbane region. After the successful release of their first single “Is it Alright” in early 2021, they have been playing live shows around Toowoomba and Brisbane with their eyes set on releasing an EP later this year!

Rusty Pickups are a honky tonk band in Toowoomba, Queensland. With individual musical backgrounds ranging from jazz ensembles to indie pop to 90’s grunge, the band’s sound evolved around Waylon’s classical piano and Lee’s clawhammer banjo, with Ayden bringing the low-end groove and Michael filling in the gaps with acoustic guitar and lyrics about all things love, life and questionable choices.
